Conveniently located in Northwest San Antonio, Renata means “reborn” and you’re sure to feel revitalized when you make our luxury apartments your next home. My wife an I have been living here for just over a year now, and so far I have been pulling teeth with management, and maintenance for basic amenities. The unit is constructed poorly with the floor separating from the walls just about in every room, with wall outlets working half of the time and a sagging foundation that locks doors shut. The maintenance people are constantly changing out and are therefore under trained.

She so rude and impatient with me she didn't want anything to do with me or the other residents who were there to talk to her. Someone was trying to ask her something and all she kept saying over and over in the middle of the residents sentence was "there's nothing I can do. You're gonna have to fix it yourself." She was rude and completely incompetent. She couldn't give me any information and dismissed me before I was even done with what I had to say.

I had to put shoes on my dog just to take him to the bathroom! The management is so disrespectful it is disgusting. There were always police and ambulances in the complex responding to the drive by shootings or fighting that happened on a daily basis. You can kiss a good nights sleep goodbye because there are always people screaming and yelling in the hallways, the walls are so thin. Make sure you don't forget to lock up your car because they will break into it. My car was broken into twice and they even stole our license plates.
There are cameras in the office, but I was refused to see them. I contacted the City of Cincinnati Health Dept. and they did nothing either. It doesn't matter how clean you are, the roaches are EVERYWHERE! I took nothing with me to my new place, and still ended up bringing them with me. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND LET THE COMPLEX GO BANKRUPT.
