If you have ever lived on the first floor you'll be happy to know that the foundation doesn't cream when your upstairs neighbors move. If you love swimming, they clean their pools daily. The best part is they make you a great promise on their maintanence. The staff is friendly the neighbors are friendly.

But because there's these holes in the bathroom and kitchen it's pretty easy for them to just come and go. It's honestly not a bad apartment complex, it's quiet and decent and affordable. I recommend people who are in colleges or budgets to live here. I enjoyed living here but due to my little family I'll need a place that's more space and something for my kids to hang out at. It's not bad, it's not amazing, it's nice and quaint. I'd bump it up if it wasn't for everything feeling like they were falling apart.
